The browser isn't just better - it is amazingly better. I miss some (not all) of the features you mention. But the features the iPhone has are so well done that they are far more useful than the same features on other phones I've owned. The features I'd most like to see are likely to come soon after the SDK is released. These include flash support, ability to email photos taken from the phone, ability to record video, IM, third party games. I have an iPhone and love it.
